Finally... (FULLVIEW please)
This was a piece which i had started 2 years ago and got to finishing in july.
I am submitting this for the wonderful
contest, the title of this contest was actually what inspired me to finish this.
Well, I really want to thank
also for inspiring me with her unique art, both old and new.
The story...
The teller of tales, lingers deep down in the lake,
Revealing in her melody of the magical flute the tale of a princess
The daughter of a nymph and the king of spades
Hiris is her name
Her father passed away and mother gone astray
Her sisters slumbered for eternity, after a drink of fatality
The mistress was the cause, for she executed all
One secret was forgotten, that little Hiris was the strongest
For the blood of a nymph still lingered in her veins
But her immortality was all in vain
For she had to live through the pain
From that moment onwards
Every night, she lingers by the clandestine lake
She listens to her sisters sing with the melody of her tale
